What is the Professional Success Strengthener?

The Professional Success Strengthener package contains all three TalentSage psychometric reports:  5 STeP™, Pressure Point Profile™ and TIPping Point Profile™. Each report can be used individually but can also be used as a suite of interconnected reports.

The 5 STeP™ personality traits report identifies how your coachees like to work, behave, and react to others. It helps your coachees understand their feelings and emotions, how they deal with them, and how they approach problems at work. 

The TIPping Point Profile™ is an indicator of team role preferences, team contributions and team performance. It helps individuals understand their preferred team roles and how their personality drives their ways of working in groups and teams.  It allows individuals to contribute more successfully to a team and its objectives.

The Pressure Point™ identifies strengths that can become problematic when an individual finds themself in uncertain situations or under extreme pressure. Understanding which behaviors may negatively impact others is critical to formulating coping strategies to improve working relationships.
