This helps the group get a sense of their overall functionality while also identifying opportunities for improving their group and individual effectiveness. The report describes each role, observable behaviors and typical working preferences for each of the 10. Suggestions are also included for leaders and team members based on the characteristics of each role as well as opportunities to support the team’s effectiveness.
